I thought a matter concerning my license had been resolved over ten years ago. When I was informed that it was not and it threatened my current ability to practice nursing, I engaged Ms. Fisher's assistance. She promptly addressed the issue that concerned more than one state.  She was cost conscience and kept me well informed through out the ordeal. I had easy access to Ms. Fisher whenever I had questions or concerns. She responded quickly and was straight forward with advice. She made me feel at eased with the process and that I had her full support. Should I ever have another need for legal representation, I will not hesitate to contact Ms. Fisher. I highly recommend her and her friendly, helpful staff.

On Sept.17, 2012 I was accused of being impaired while working as a [email protected] Hospital ER, Memphis, TN. I refused doing a drug screen on site. I volunteered to do one anywhere else but that was not an option. I was released from my job. In hind sight, I would have done the screening off site that day.

I retained Alex Fisher as my attorney after receiving a letter from the Department of Health in December of 2014. She immediately began working on my behalf to try and help me navigate through the process of facing TNPAP. She was very professional, friendly and thorough. She answered every question I asked. She provided me with encouragement . I never felt unprepared when dealing with each step necessary to try and provide information about my case. I was on a prescribed narcotic by my pain doctor when my case started. It was my choice to discontinue this medication. Alex was very supportive of my decision often checking on me to see how I was feeling. TNPAP was very unforgiving of the choice of prophylactic medication I was taking. After 11 months of hard work and endless attempts of providing information to the Department of Health, I chose to surrender my nursing license. Alex was instrumental in allowing me to not have my license revoked by the Board of Nursing. I could not have done this without her direction. Her integrity is amazing. She never wavered with her support. She is highly knowledgeable in the field of law she is practicing and fought endlessly for me. I can't thank her enough for the guidance she provided.

was recommended by another attorney and his comment 'She works hard' proved reliable as my experience has shown. After engaging a previous attorney that ended in a disaster, I was very reluctant to retain another attorney but after talking with Alex, we decided to go ahead. Alex not only did all she stated but went above and beyond my expectations resulting in an outstanding outcome.

So, would I recommend her to anyone? Of course and if another situation arose, I would not hesitate to engage her services again.

I was very impressed with the personal care given during the entire process of my dealing with the Dept. of health. Alex was always professional and friendly. She made sure I had access to either her or another person for questions during the entire process. She was very open and friendly when answering all my wife's questions as well.
I am very pleased with the service and friendly care given during this very unpleasant time in my life.

Ms. Alex is a very good attorney to work with. She was very professional and efficient. She was able to resolve the legal issue associated with my TN pharmacist license at a reasonable cost. It was very fortunate for me to choose her as my legal representative.

I had never been in trouble requiring an attorney before. Although I had caused my own problems, I was still scared to death. I needed an advocate to help me sort through the legalese and complexity. I found that in Alex. I really appreciate the communications. She was quick, no matter the day, whether by phone or by email. My experience could not have been better. I hope I have no further need, and I hope I have no one close to me who might need her services, but you can bet she will be recommended if that situation does arise!

Alex Scarbrough was referred to me by another attorney because of her understanding and expertise in dealing with the TN Board of Nursing. Her efforts were invaluable to me. Alex navigated through the paperwork and legalese, making everything so easy for me to understand. She promptly resolved my case within one week with a positive outcome. This relieved me of a great amount of stress and allowed me to continue with what is very important to me, nursing.
I cannot praise or thank Alex enough for her caring, efficient, and intelligent manner in which she put me at ease and disposed of this situation.
