Thompson Burton PLLC Welcomes Corporate Lawyer

Thompson Burton PLLC announces that corporate attorney Allison Finkelmeyer has joined the firm.

Mrs Finkelmeyer will handle business entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities, SEC reporting, corporate governance and compliance matters. She completed her undergraduate degree in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and received a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude Order of the Coif.

Before joining Thompson Burton, Finkelmeyer served as a in-house legal counsel for Nissan North America, Inc. in Franklin, TN. Previously she practiced corporate and securities law for five years with Atlanta based international law firm Troutman Sanders LLP.
