On Sept.17, 2012 I was accused of being impaired while working as a nurse@Delta Hospital ER, Memphis, TN. I refused doing a drug screen on site. I volunteered to do one anywhere else but that was not an option. I was released from my job. In hind sight, I would have done the screening off site that day.
