Jon E. Field is a lawyer by profession but a business advisor by heart. Mr. Field represents entrepreneurial minded real estate developers, physician groups and investors in all aspects of development, healthcare M&A, business organization, estate planning and wealth protection. Mr. Field’s experience includes serving as General Counsel to a leading commercial aerospace company specializing in satellite manufacturing and classified government procurement contracting and Vice President of Legal Affairs on the development of a $1.2 billion mixed-use project for a Las Vegas are developer, involving extensive experience in land acquisition and sale, zoning and entitlements, construction, leasing, and syndicated loan facilities.

Mr. Field was raised in Canada but received his law degree from Emory University in Atlanta and is admitted to the bar in Nevada, Georgia and Tennessee while formerly holding TS/SCI clearance for government contracting purposes. Further, Mr. Field is a licensed real estate broker.
