Nicole Williams is a government relations analyst whose work centers on land use, development, and zoning matters. Nicole serves as a liaison to local elected officials and departmental staff to assist the land use team in achieving favorable results for their clients.

Before joining the firm, Nicole spent seven years working for non-profit and governmental agencies, focusing largely on data analysis and program evaluation. Nicole is an avid follower of local government, with a particular interest in planning and zoning matters. Nicole’s relationships with elected officials and keen understanding of government are integral to her work for the firm.

Nicole is a native Tennessean. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Child Studies from Vanderbilt University, summa cum laude, and went on to obtain a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health. She is a member of the Delta Omega National Honor Society for Graduate Studies in Public Health and the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Nicole’s academic achievements are emblematic of the dedication, determination, and commitment to excellence that she brings to her work at the firm.
