Thompson Burton has hired Justin Campbell as an associate. Campbell, who most recently served as an associate attorney at Nashville-based firm Garfinkle, McLemore, and Young, PLLC, will aid Thompson Burton partners Ronn Steen and Phillip G. Young, Jr. in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights practice group, as well as working on other commercial litigation. Campbell has experience in representing both individual and commercial clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. This includes representing debtors in proceedings and representing corporations and financial institutions as creditors in state court litigations, judgment enforcement, debt collection, and bankruptcy proceedings. Lankford, who most recently served as an associate attorney at Nashville-based firm Cornelius & Collins, will aid Thompson Burton partner J.K. Simms in the firm’s existing employment law practice group.
