Melissa Burton was recently featured in “Alternative Work Environments: Workable for Nashville Lawyers,” written by Nashville attorney Bart Pickett, published in the June, 2013 issue of the Nashville Bar Journal. In the article, Melissa discusses the positives and negatives of her alternative work arrangement.  She says she is “professionally as happy as she has ever been.” At Thompson Burton PLLC, we are not beholden to traditional models. If an alternative work arrangement makes sense and doesn’t negatively impact client service, we are willing to work with the attorney or staff member.
