Thompson Burton In The News: Kevin Thompson Quoted in New York Post Article Regarding MLM Industry


Thompson Burton PLLC partner Kevin Thompson was recently quoted by the New York Post in an article titled “Verve Energy Drink Company Tries to Stay Off Regulators’ radar.” The article describes Kevin as an “industry insider” and quotes him as stating that reduced purchase requirements by the MLM industry would “fix a lot of issues. He states that “What happens is a lot of people buy stuff they never would buy in quantities, they would never have purchased just to qualify for bonuses.” Thompson admitted the change could make it difficult for some MLM companies to survive.

Thompson Burton’s New Office Space In Cool Springs Building Accommodates Law Firm Growth


We’re very pleased to announce Thompson Burton’s move into new office space, consisting of approximately 4,200 square-feet at Seven Corporate Centre in Cool Springs.  Thompson Burton, which opened its doors in April 2012, is more than doubling its current space in the same building.  “We are adding lawyers and need more square footage to accommodate the growth,” noted Walt Burton.  Kevin Thompson added, “we’ve built our practice around utilizing technology to minimize the need for excessive office space, and we continue to encourage our attorneys to work wherever they are most productive. Thompson Burton PLLC Leads the Discussion Regarding Ackman’s Herbalife Short Position
