As a corporate attorney, Allison represents business owners and public and private companies in all aspects of corporate and securities transactions. Allison has extensive experience handling business entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, SEC reporting, corporate governance and compliance matters, and general corporate matters. Allison also has experience drafting and negotiating contracts for a wide range of transactions, advising start up companies, and representing health care companies with mergers and acquisitions.

Allison developed her legal skills by practicing corporate and securities law for five years with Atlanta based international law firm Troutman Sanders LLP. Allison left private practice to join the legal department of Nissan North America, Inc. when she moved to the Nashville area. Allison represented Nissan on a variety of transactional matters and specialized in drafting and negotiating procurement contracts, information technology contracts, and sponsorship agreements.
Allison received her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Allison was the recipient of a Graduate Assistantship Award, and she served as a graduate assistant to Professor Amy Hess, whose specialty is Trusts and Estates.

Allison and her husband live in Brentwood, Tennessee with their two young children and small dog. They are members of Brentwood United Methodist Church. Allison enjoys staying active with her family, baking and playing tennis.
