Jordan Maglich

Jordan Maglich is a securities law attorney with Wiand Guerra King in Tampa, Florida.  His practice includes complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters, with a focus on securities and financial services litigation. He represents securities broker/dealers, investment advisors, and their associated persons in federal and state court and in arbitration. Additionally, Jordan is currently part of the team representing the court-appointed receiver nominated by the Securities and Exchange Commission in Arthur Nadel’s $400 million Ponzi scheme.

Jordan graduated cum laude from the University of Florida as a graduate of the Honors Program and holds degrees in Business Administration and Political Science. He obtained his law degree cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was also a member of the nationally-ranked Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. Jordan also holds an MBA from the University of Miami Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Finance.
