Biography
Walker is a transactional attorney focusing on commercial lending, representing financial institutions in a wide range of bilateral and syndicated loan transactions. He regularly advises clients in connection with commercial and industrial financings and commercial real estate and construction financings. He also possesses significant experience in representing creditors in complex loan workouts, restructurings, and remedy enforcement actions.
Walker has been active in the Franklin community, having served on the Franklin Battlefield Preservation Commission, Battle of Franklin Trust, and Franklin’s Charge, Inc. Walker is a graduate of Leadership Franklin. He is a cum laude graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law and earned his B.A. in history at Sewanee: The University of the South.
Walker is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee.
