EIRO Research, a network marketing company specializing in selling health and wellness products, has announced today of its intentions of ceasing its business operations. The question remains: are they going to honor their commitments and pay distributors if they currently owe money? The letter below is vague on the subject. EIRO states they are "presently paying those those entities required to be paid by statute." I'm not well-versed with bankruptcy law; however, I read their "by statute" comment to mean they're paying creditors in a bankruptcy proceeding. I could be mistaken.EIRO closes its doors
