Biography

Devin Majors is an Associate in Thompson Burton’s Litigation and Bankruptcy practice groups.

Devin received his law degree from the University of Tennessee, where he was elected as Vice President for the Student Bar Association and served twice as Captain for the UT Constance Motley Baker National Trial Team. He was also a Student Attorney in both the Business and Expungement Clinic, where he assisted in providing legal representation to members of the Knoxville community.

In addition, Devin was named to the National Order of Barristers, a prestigious society of top advocates. The University of Tennessee SGA also dedicated the "Devin A. Majors Award," to be given annually to a student in honor of his contributions and three-year tenure as an Associate Justice for the organization & his service throughout the University of Tennessee community.

Devin is also a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin where he was a two-term Student Body President and recipient of the Paul and Martha Meek Award which is UTM’s highest honor awarded to graduating students and is the only award given during commencement.

In his free time, Devin enjoys traveling, golfing, watching sports, and is a self-taught musician and can play multiple instruments including the Keytar.
