Matt Todd serves a Paralegal for Thompson Burton in the Corporate practice group. He received his B.S. in Computer Science at Middle Tennessee State University. Matt works closely with Brian Boyd, Jim Kuzmich and Jon Field, guiding clients through the complexities of entity formation and structuring, offering clear and concise explanations and addressing any concerns they may have.
