Melinda Gray

Melinda Gray is a real estate Paralegal with over 16 years’ experience.  Prior to her transition to paralegal work, she provided support to attorneys in real estate, banking, and corporate as a legal assistant.  In her current capacity she handles all facets of transactional work, including title and survey review, preparation of closing documents and closing coordination, commercial real estate transactions, loan origination, and corporate matters, working closely with developers, loan officers and other parties.  She is a valuable team member on transactions with her knowledge, organizational skills, and attention to detail.  Melinda holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree as a Legal Secretary.
