Shari Thompson

Shari Thompson is a paralegal specializing in commercial lending and commercial real estate finance due diligence, specifically including searching and examining title records, preparing title commitments, issuing title policies, reviewing surveys, ordering company governance documents, conducting UCC lien searches, recording documents and facilitating and assisting with the closing process.

Shari has been in the title and escrow field since 1995, all in the Nashville and surrounding counties. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV and moved to Nashville from Northern Virginia in 1988.
